BRIDGETTE TAYLOR - CHIEF OPERATOR

A native of Cincinnati and proud graduate of Walnut Hills High School. Bridgette received her managing cosmetology certification from Moore Universite' of Hair Design also located in Cincinnati, and has been licensed by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology for over 15 years. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Business Management and Ethics from Cincinnati Christian University. Bridgette is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

As a salon owner since 2000, Bridgette has worked to create a positive atmosphere where stylists can grow and learn from one another in an environment where clients feel comfortable and at home. Bridgette's work has recently been featured in Ohio City Trends Hair Magazine (vol. 1/4) showcasing some of the hottest trends in cut and color. She has also been servicing natural hair clients for over 12 years.

I entered into the world of hair as a professional stylist at the ripe and ready age of 24. I have always been around hair and hair stylists, and I have always been in love with hair! I grew up in church filled with wonderful stylists who exuded both confidence and flair. There are a couple stylists (and one barber) in my family, so it's in the genes! Growing up in a culture where your hair was referred to as your "glory", most of the women that I knew tried to let their hair grow as long as possible. The rest of us just did the best we could with what we had. I grew up watching many stylists work their magic doing what they loved to do. With a few snips, greasy hot combs, silky relaxers, and a splash of color, they could do a complete transformation! Seeing those transformations left me spellbound and wanting to learn and do more. As a little girl, I would sit at the salon with my mother for hours, intently observing as the magic would occur. As they scratched and scrubbed; oiled and combed; cut, rolled and wrapped, they also listened; they laughed, they fussed, they prayed, they cried, they gave of themselves - and most days, they gave their very best. By the end of the visit you not only looked better, but you felt better too. They weren't just doing hair behind those chairs; they were helping to change lives.

In my all years as a stylist I have worked diligently at following in their footsteps by learning and moving toward perfection of my craft while maintaining a healthy head of hair for each one of my clients. Years ago I opened Mane Attraction as a place where I too could continue the legacy and become part of the brother and sisterhood of stylists who not only work to bring change on the outside, but help to change people on the inside as well. It is in honor of my "Sensational Six”, the women who inspired me to be a part of this phenomenal industry, that I dedicate this website. To you Felicia "Lisa" B., Amy D., Jonetta "Dolly" D., Crystal G., and Stephanie H., I want to say thank you. You listened to me, talked to me, encouraged me, and by your lives strengthened me to be the best stylist I can be. I hope I've made you proud. And last but definitely not least, my biggest influence and source of encouragement and inspiration, Mrs. Erica Turner Kimbrough (Finally got that paper SIS E! I'm sooo proud of you!). Thank you for always knowing I could do it.

1. Payment for services is required at the end of services rendered.
2. Cancellations are requested 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Clients more than 15 minutes late without prior notification may be subject to rescheduling. Clients who do not provide any notification (NO CALL/ NO SHOW) may not be able to schedule appointments, but can be serviced on a walk-in basis if time permits.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any and all services.
